1. Important notice
1.1 The Board of Directors and of Konka Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company)

1.2 This Quarterly Report has been examined and approved by all the directors at the 11th meeting
of the 5th Board of Directors of the Company (voting conducted through fax).
