1.2 This Quarterly Report has been examined and approved by the 14th meeting of the 5th Board of

Directors of the Company. Independent Director Mr. Xiao Zhuoji was away on a business trip, but he had

entrusted Independent Director Mr. Ye Wu to attend the meeting and exercise the voting rights on his

behalf.

1.3 The Financial Report of this quarter has not been audited.
