report does not contain any false or misleading statements or omit any material facts and all

information set forth herein are true, accurate and complete.

The summary of interim report 2007 is abstracted from the interim report; and full text of the interim

report 2007 is published on the Internet website http://www.cninfo.com.cn in the mean time. The

investors are suggested to read the full text of interim report to understand more details.

1.2 No director, supervisor or senior executive has declared that he or she cannot guarantee the

authenticity, accuracy and completeness of this report, or that he or she has any objections.

1.3 All directors attended the meeting.

1.4 The financial report 2007 of the Company contained herein has not been audited.
